Harnessing the energy of the September Harvest full moon, we gather to tune inward through breath and tea, creating space for presence, reflection and integration.
Working with down-regulating conscious breathing exercises we will allow the nervous system to process the lunar frequencies through our personal field, deepen awareness and arrive into a state of calm coherence.
From this settled place, we move into tea ceremony, held in silence and reflection. Over several infusions of tea from old, wild-grown tea trees, we remain with what breathwork has opened - allowing taste, presence and integration to unfold gradually, bowl by bowl.
Anna
Anna is a Breathwork and Meditation guide whose work sits at the intersection of breath, awareness, beauty and poetry. She uses breath as a way of returning us to the body, to presence, and to a more intimate experience of being alive. Her teaching is shaped by a sensitivity to rhythm, atmosphere and the subtle ways we relate to ourselves and the world around us. Through simple, intentional practices, she creates space to slow down, listen more closely, and come back into contact with what is already here.
Lena
Lena loves everything about tea but mostly the way tea invites presence, stillness and connection.
For her tea is not just a beverage it’s a way of life.
