Workshops
Our experiences are for people who want to do more than taste good tea. They're for people who want to understand it — where it comes from, how to brew it, and what it can open up when you give it your full attention.
I offer seasonal workshops in Munich, in small groups. Dates are announced here and in my monthly newsletter.
The Tea Journey
A 3-hour live workshop for those who want to understand tea — not just drink it.
Most people who love tea have never been taught it. They've followed their intuition, read things here and there, developed preferences without understanding why.
The Tea Journey changes that.
Over three hours together, I take you through the world of tea — the plant, the regions, the processing methods, the brewing traditions. Not as a lecture. As a guided exploration, with teas in hand that make the learning real.
What we cover
The plant: Camellia sinensis and why it matters
The seven genres of tea and what makes them different
Origins: Japan, Taiwan, China, India, Thailand
Brewing as practice: temperature, time, tools, attention
Building your own ritual
We meet in a carefully chosen location in or around Munich.
You sit down, I brew, and we begin. Every topic we cover, you taste. Sensing and understanding the difference between a green and a white tea. By the end of the three hours, you'll have a completely different relationship to what's in your bowl.

The Matcha Workshop
A hands-on workshop for those who want to understand matcha — and make it part of their daily ritual. This workshop is held in German.
Most people have tasted matcha. Few know what makes it actually good.
In this workshop, we go beyond the latte. We explore where matcha comes from, how it's made, and what separates a “ceremonial” grade from an everyday one — and you taste the difference yourself. Step by step, I'll show you how to whisk matcha with ease. And how to turn that simple act into a ritual that brings calm and presence into your day.
What's included
History and origin of matcha
Tasting different quality grades
Hands-on whisking practice
Building your own matcha ritual at home
