I first stepped onto my tea path through the guidance of a 1:1 mentoring, where I discovered the historical, philosophical, and ceremonial depths of tea. Now, I wish to pass on what once opened those doors for me.
In my own 1:1 mentoring, I invite you to explore not only these rich traditions, but also to cultivate and be inspired by your own personal practice.
You've tried to meditate. Maybe it worked for a while — or maybe you sat there, watching your thoughts race, wondering if you were doing it wrong.
Tea practice doesn't ask you to empty your mind. It gives it somewhere to go.
The warmth of the water. The weight of the bowl. The way a good tea opens across four, six, ten steeps — each one a little different, asking you to pay attention. This is not a technique to help you meditate. This is a meditation. A practice in its own right, with its own depth, its own lineage, its own way of changing you slowly over time.
In this mentoring, we build that practice together.

Foundations — 3 Months
For those at the beginning. We build the ground beneath your practice: how to prepare tea with intention, how to slow down and actually feel what's in the cup, and how to make this a ritual that holds.

The same start — with more time and more depth.
After the foundations settle, we go further. Into the more complex teas. Into what your practice wants to become. Into the kind of integration that only comes with time.
