A 6-month journey weaving Tea, Yoga and contemplative practices.

THE INVITATION

In a world that moves fast and constantly pulls our attention outward, many of us feel a quiet longing for something else.

Tradition & Inspiration

This container is inspired by the rich traditions of tea culture and contemplative philosophy.

The practice draws inspiration from:

• Chinese tea culture and Cha Dao
• Daoist philosophy
• Zen contemplative traditions
• Yogic, tantric and bhakti practices

The container is offered as an integrative contemplative practice, not as a formal lineage training.

THIS IS FOR YOU IF YOU…

  • are new to Tea and want to build a practice

  • already practice tea, yoga or meditation and want more depth

  • long for more slowness and ritual in your life

  • feel overwhelmed by digital life and constant productivity

  • seek a spiritual practice that feels embodied and intuitive

  • wish to reconnect with nature and natural rhythms

This journey not only deepens your personal practice, but may also gently find its way into the spaces you hold and share with others.

A spiritual practice does not always begin with discipline.

Sometimes it begins with something simpler.

A kettle warming on the stove.
A handful of leaves.
A quiet breath.

And slowly, through attention and repetition,
a cup of tea becomes a small act of gratitude -
a moment of presence,
and perhaps even a gesture of love for the life we are living.

HOW THIS PATH FOUND ME

About three and a half years ago I was sitting on the terrace, pouring myself a cup of tea

from a small Japanese teapot I had once gifted my mother — mostly because I thought it looked beautiful.

What happened next was unexpected.

As I poured the tea and took the first sip, something shifted.
A quiet sense of presence and peace arose.

For a moment everything slowed down.
I felt deeply here.

I had only rarely experienced this kind of presence in my meditation practice before —

and suddenly I understood what it could feel like.

From that day on, tea slowly became part of my life and my practice.

What began as a simple cup of tea gradually unfolded into something deeper.
It began to change the way I see, feel and experience the world around me.

I found myself naturally drawn toward nature, simplicity and a slower rhythm of living — both in my personal life and in my work.

Tea became an anchor.
A small daily ritual that gently brought me back to the present moment.

When I started sharing tea with family and friends, something beautiful happened.

Moments of quiet connection appeared more often.
Conversations deepened.
There was more warmth, more intimacy, more presence.

The transformation did not happen overnight.

In fact, it took me quite some time to notice how much had changed.

Together with my yoga practice, tea slowly became a path — one that supported growth, healing and a deeper love for life.

This is the path I wish to share with you.
