Full Moon Gathering in Taurus (Live, Online)
Full Moon Gathering in Taurus, November 5, 2025, 8pm CET (Live, Online)
Asana · Tea · Reflection
As the full moon in Taurus rises, we gather online to honor this turning point between seasons - a moment to ground, release, and prepare for the quieter months ahead.
In Chinese philosophy, this moon falls within the Tenth Lunar Month (十月望月, Shíyuè Wàngyuè), near Lì Dōng (立冬), the Beginning of Winter. It is the time of the Metal element, which carries the qualities of clarity, refinement, and letting go. Just as nature sheds what is no longer needed, we too are invited to return to simplicity, to breathe deeply, and to strengthen what truly supports us.
Our evening will weave movement, ritual, and reflection into a shared space of calm renewal:
In this online gathering, we’ll move through a gentle Asana practice designed to release tension and cultivate steadiness - grounding body and breath in the present moment. Following our movement, we’ll share a simple Tea ritual, symbolizing nourishment, gratitude, and warmth.
What foundations in my life need tending or reinforcing?
What can I release as the year wanes?
What brings me true comfort and sustenance?
This gathering is a space to move, listen inward, and reconnect - to align with the natural rhythm of transition and the moon’s calm, steady light.
What you need:
A mat or carpet
Comfortable Clothing
Hot water (in a thermos or kettle)
Loose Leave Tea (I recommend Red (Black) Tea, White Tea, or Puerh Tea)
A bowl or cup (Tea pot optional)
A piece of paper or journal & pen
Together we’ll honor this seasonal threshold - refining, grounding, and preparing our inner homes for the season of rest to come.
The Gathering will take approximately 1 ¼ -1 ½ hours.
Please make sure to download the PDF within 24 hours after purchase.
I look forward practicing with you.
